Signing agreement of cooperation and establishment of a new innovation center in the Actoverco company

Signing agreement of cooperation for the establishment of the “Actotech Innovation Center” and the beginning of the official knowledge-based activities in the Actoverco company was held in the presence of the Vice President for Science and Technology.

According to the public relations of Actover Group, Sorena Sattari who had traveled to Alborz province today to unveil some new drugs, visited the production lines and different sections of Actoverco factory.

This visit was carried out in order to continue the developmental activities of Actoverco company with the aim of localization and industrialization of drug and raw material production with the benefit of novel and knowledge base technologies.

Taking advantage of the available university opportunities for accelerating activities in the field of pharmaceutical and food products, Actoverco company has set up the “Actotech Innovation Center” in Sharif Innovation Station, which officially started Knowledge-based activities at Actoverco company today in the presence of the Vice President for Science and Technology in the year of “Production Prosperity”.

Also, in order to develop knowledge-based activities, two cooperation agreements were concluded by the Vice President for Science and Technology and the Knowledge-Based Activities Department of the Ministry of Health separately with the CEO of Actoverco Company.

We support knowledge-based companies

During the Sorena Sattari’s visit of the Actoverco Company, which was accompanied by an agreement between the Vice President for Science and Technology and the company, regarding the support of knowledge-based companies, that play a major role in the national economy, stated: “We have three serious plans this year, one of which is about sanctions items, which have already caused problems in some industries”.

He added: “Drugs and raw materials in this field are also involved in sanctions problems, and pharmaceutical companies such as Actoverco are very active, and concluding agreements with this company promises good events”.

The Vice President for Science and Technology said: “Support of knowledge-based companies is general, and is something that has happened in the last 4 to 5 years and has caused the number of these companies to reach 4,350”.

Emphasizing that we will develop support for knowledge-based companies much more than before, he added: “We provide over 130 to 140 types of services in the form of ecosystems to knowledge-based companies.”

The Vice President for Science and Technology said: “We will also have the assistance of the Prosperity and Innovation Fund in the financial field more than previous years. We will have the assistance of banks and the Development Fund to support knowledge-based companies.”

He pointed out: “effective measures are being taken to develop start-ups, business environments and active young people in these fields”.

Sattari stated in another section: “We also have events in universities and public and private research centers such as the Azad University, which is an innovation for the development of the ecosystem”.

The Vice President for Science and Technology added: “We have the activity of innovation factories that seriously help the private sector to enter the field of technology.”

We propel industry to technology

Nahaleh Naraghi, CEO of Actoverco, told reporters about the company’s activities

“In the pharmaceutical sector, we have over 190 new drugs in the field of neurology, gastrointestinal tract, MS and 40 new molecules that are entering the market this year.”
